When in need of any plumbing repairs. I highly recommend Andrew and his team from A.U. Plumbing for your repairs. His experience and honesty helped us quickly diagnose leaks that the water company would never have found. Prices were reasonable considering the quality, quick repair, and warranty. Now we can get our water bill back under control thanks to A.U Plumbing. Thank YOU Andrew!! Great Job:)

I had a great experience with AU Plumbing. Marcos and Elijah did an amazing job resolving my water pressure problem quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear and consistent, and they were very professional from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

We had a leak in our garage area. I researched area plumbing companies and was nervous about who to choose. Read the great reviews about this company and liked that they are a small business. Andrew responded right away and sent out a crew the same day. I was stressed out about the situation and the guys put me at ease and explained everything step by step. I highly recommend this business. We will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future—and have already recommended them to family, friends and neighbors.

I appreciate the advice and knowledge they provided to me before I even paid anything. They were upfront and told me how things are without fluff.

I recommend them. I'll be having them as a 1st contact when I need plumbing assistance.

A.U. Plumbing was amazing in helping me solve a clog today. Before doing any work, they clearly laid out three possible solutions, each one very reasonably priced. Even the last-resort option was still very fair compared to other plumbers who said they would have to come out and do the same work. They did everything they could to make the other options work first though. I really appreciated the transparency and how clearly they explained each solution as well.

They started with the least expensive option, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue despite their efforts. They then moved on to the second solution. They spent a significant amount of time trying to make it work to save me some money. They easily could have tried it once for a few minutes and immediately pushed the third option, but they did not which I appreciated very much.

Before moving to the final solution of pulling the toilet and clearing the clog from there, they took the time to thoroughly explain why the second option would not work. They even showed me the clog on their camera (it was a really bad clog lol) instead of just telling me we had to go with the last-resort option. Once the clog was cleared, they showed me the pipe on the camera and let me test everything myself to ensure everything was functioning correctly. This was especially reassuring since a previous plumber had said the issue was fixed when it was not.

The entire team was incredibly friendly and happy to walk me through each step because I was interested in the process. I cannot recommend them enough. They will save you money, the stress of wondering if you are overpaying, and a lot of time and frustration. 5-star service!
